Your First Visit
At Vitality Wellness Clinic, every patient begins with a complimentary 15-minute Discovery Appointment. This consultation allows you to meet with a practitioner, discuss your health concerns, learn about our approach, and determine if we are the right fit for your healthcare journey. If appropriate, initial lab testing may be recommended so results are available for your comprehensive new patient visit.
Your initial consultation lasts approximately two hours, allowing your practitioner to thoroughly review your health history, symptoms, lifestyle, nutrition, sleep, stress, environmental exposures, medications, supplements, and wellness goals. A comprehensive physical exam and additional functional or diagnostic testing may be recommended to help identify the root causes of illness. Before you leave, your practitioner will review your findings, discuss your personalized treatment plan, and outline the next steps toward optimal health. Please arrive 15-minutes early with your completed intake forms, medication and supplement lists, along with any relevant medical records or lab results.

Insurance, HSA & FSA Information
At Vitality Wellness Clinic, we provide personalized, comprehensive care that gives our practitioners the time to identify and address the root causes of illness. Because of this individualized approach, Naturopathic Medical Doctors in the state of Arizona are not covered by insurance at the time of service, and payment is due at your appointment. This model allows us to deliver high-quality care without the limitations often associated with traditional insurance-based medicine.
To make your care more accessible, we accept Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards for eligible office visits, treatments, laboratory testing, and supplements purchased through our clinic. We also process insurance for eligible in-house laboratory testing whenever possible and can provide orders for outside labs, including Sonora Quest and LabCorp, so you may utilize your insurance benefits according to your plan. Our team is always happy to answer questions regarding fees, laboratory testing, insurance, or HSA/FSA payments.
