What kind of lasers do you use?
We use FDA-approved lasers (of the highest quality). We use the body’s own ability to change/regenerate while using the best technology available. This includes: the Photofacial (a.k.a. IPL) and the ResurFX.
What is a Photofacial?
Photofacials or IPLs are intense pulsed light treatments that offer visible improvement of brown spots, age spots, rosacea, broken blood vessels, and the overall skin appearance. This treatment uses light to reduce sun damage and repair broken capillaries creating a more rejuvenated youthful appearance. Common areas where the IPL laser is used include the face, neck, chest, back, shoulders, and just about anywhere there is skin! Your photofacial treatment will last approximately 1 hour and you may see redness and feel warmth after your procedure. Results may be visible after just one treatment. Sun protection must be used during and after your photofacial treatments.
What is the ResurFX?
Among the most effective skincare treatments we offer is laser skin resurfacing for our patients using the ResurFX system. It is the only truly non-ablative fractional laser treatment, and it’s a safe and comfortable option for successfully treating skin concerns on both the face and body.
ResurFX can be used on the face and body to minimize acne scars, decrease pore size and soften fine lines to improve the overall appearance of the skin. It is a non-ablative laser, meaning it stimulates the skin to develop collagen without harming any tissue.
As collagen grows, the skin looks tighter, more even, and more youthful. ResurFX is also a fractional laser, meaning the laser light that is delivered to the skin is divided into tiny dots.
Unlike other fractional devices, ResurFX requires only one pass over the skin to produce effective results, reducing treatment time. The device allows for highly customizable treatments, as we can adjust factors such as laser shape, size, density, and energy strength to fit each patient’s precise needs.
This procedure is usually performed 3-4 times approximately 1 month apart. Topical numbing cream is applied prior to your treatment for your comfort.
Are they safe?
Yes, all of our lasers are 100% safe. We only choose technologies we know benefit the skin and are minimally invasive.
Does it hurt?
Yes, the treatments can be painful due to the fact we’re changing the matrix of the skin for results driven treatments. This is why we invite our patients to arrive 30 minutes prior to the treatment to have topic numbing applied to the face to make sure the patient is as comfortable as possible.
What is a Collagen Stimulator?
Also known as micro-needling, this procedure offers effective treatment to naturally rejuvenate the skin, dramatically improve scars, and efficiently eliminate fine lines and wrinkles. As the applicator tip is applied to the skin, thousands of superficial micro-channels or punctures are created. This process stimulates your skins natural ability to heal itself.
What are the results of a Collagen Stimulator treatment?
This procedure offers effective treatment to naturally rejuvenate the skin, dramatically improve scars, and efficiently eliminate fine lines and wrinkles. As the applicator tip is applied to the skin, thousands of superficial micro-channels or holes are created. This process stimulates your skins natural ability to heal itself. The repair process begins almost immediately; as a result, new collagen and elastin produce softer, firmer skin. They reduce the appearance of wrinkles, acne scars and textural issues.
Injectables: Botox & Fillers
What is Botox?
Botox is among one of the most popular and effective treatments used to treat facial lines and wrinkles. Common areas of treatment include the crow’s feet, forehead lines and frown lines (between the eyebrows). Botox is injected under the skin by an experienced physician to help soften facial wrinkles and create a natural, more youthful appearance. This procedure takes an average of 15 minutes to complete and results last for 3-6 months! Full effects of the treatment are seen 2 weeks after injection (or sooner!). Botox is naturally derived and approved by the FDA to treat mild to moderate facial wrinkles. Schedule your complimentary 15-minute consult to determine if you are a candidate for Botox.
What are fillers?
Fillers are substances that are injected beneath the surface of the skin and are designed to add volume and fullness to the face. Common areas where fillers are used include cheeks, temples, lips, marionette lines and nasolabial folds. Fillers are sometimes known by their brand names including Vobella®, Voluma®, Vollure®, and Juvederm. Fillers are injected below the skin to help volumize the face and soften wrinkles and facial lines. Typical results last 9 to 18 months depending location and type of filler used. This procedure takes approximately 1 hour to complete and results can be seen immediately. Schedule your complimentary 15-minute consult to determine if you are a candidate for facial fillers.

Spa Amenities & Enhancements
What is an infrared sauna?
An infrared sauna is a type of sauna that used infrared light to create heat. At the Vitality Spa, you step into a small wooden cabin with infrared light panels, and simply sit and enjoy the experience for up to 30 minutes, allowing the body to detox through perspiration.
What are the health benefits?
Studies show that Infrared Saunas have a variety of benefits including stimulation of the lymphatic system, the cardiovascular system, and the immune system. Regular sessions help remove toxins, relieve muscle pain, reduce the appearance of cellulite, help clear deeply imbedded impurities and dead skin cells, and more.
Are there any risks?
Studies show that the only risks are dehydration or heat exhaustion which can be easily avoided by drinking enough water prior to and after your session. If you are pregnant, nursing, over the age of 65, or under the age of 18, it’s important to consult a physician to ensure a session is safe for you. That’s why we have physicians on staff who will help you make that determination. It is also advised that you do a Hydration Infusion (IV therapy) after your sauna session to ensure proper rehydration.
